David Neary's unique ability to see the "whole picture" contributes to WestLand's success in meeting client project goals. During his career, David has successfully completed over 500 projects, amounting to more than 2,100,000 square feet of development. These projects primarily consist of retail, commercial and industrial developments.

David has experience working with both the public and private sector and the expertise to smoothly process all the requirements associated with public and redevelopment work.

David also maintains a solid commitment to the community. In December 1998, WestLand donated $70,000 in construction and related services to seismically retrofit the new Cal-Rep Theater in downtown Long Beach.

In addition, David also finds time to assist local charitable organizations. Currently he is President of the Board of Directors for the Long Beach Affiliate of Habitat for Humanity. He is also very active in the Downtown Kiwanis Club of Long Beach and assisted in efforts to raise close to $50,000 for the Children's Clinic at Long Beach Memorial Hospital.

Dave is currently the Chairman of the Board of the Long Beach Chamber of Commerce.
